Nice article mate, I can tell you how to index a drive.
First of all - right click My Computer, choose Manage.
Open Services and Applications on the left
Open Indexing Service
Open System
Click on Directories
Right click on the right hand pane (you should see C:\ etc)and select New Directory and enter F:\ or whatever.
You need to make sure the indexing service is available, right click on Index Service on the left pane will all ow you to do this.
